01

What is GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive European Union law that provides citizens with robust controls over their personal data assets and enforces strict operational parameters on developers. Under GDPR guidelines, you retain absolute ownership of your data arrays. Platform nodes like AIIMAGEDETECT are only authorized to use your inputs for explicit, legitimate processing requests.

02

Does GDPR Apply to You?

GDPR boundaries shield your session requests if you are operating from any of the following geographic parameters:

European Union (EU)

Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and all 27 active EU member countries.

Economic Area (EEA)

Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein data shielding rules.

United Kingdom (UK)

Retained protections via the customized UK-GDPR frameworks post-Brexit.

*Even though our core engineering team operates via MAWS TECH from Pakistan, any transaction processing or image hashing triggered by European entities automatically falls under GDPR compliance loops.

03

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process variables based on these transparent regulatory pillars:

  • Contractual Performance: Processing email entries to verify trial allocations or configure active API tokens.
  • Explicit Consent: Triggered when you explicitly choose to upload an image to execute our pixel forensic verification matrix.
  • Legitimate Interest: Protecting network infrastructures from malicious bot loops, denial attacks, or trial limit bypass activities.
04

Your 8 GDPR Rights

As an EU/EEA user, you hold complete regulatory control over your credentials:

1. Right to Be Informed

Clear tracking explanations regarding how assets are cached and evaluated.

2. Right of Access

Request a full export profile of all metadata attributes logged inside your profile.

3. Right to Rectification

Instantly correct broken or corrupted subscription validation details.

4. Right to Erasure (To Be Forgotten)

Request complete termination and deletion of your profile history from our servers.

5. Right to Restrict Processing

Freeze data processing actions during legal disputes or operational disputes.

6. Right to Data Portability

Export structural usage counts or billing histories inside clean CSV logs.

7. Right to Object

Block analytics or conversion tracking hashes from processing your sessions.

8. Automated Decision Profiling

Ensure human review parameters oversee automated billing locks or platform exclusions.

05

Data Retention & Safety Loops

Uploaded image media buffers are handled inside temporary storage pipelines. Once algorithmic forensic data parsing completes, the image cache is flushed automatically to prevent unauthorized leaks. Operational logs regarding historical limits remain encrypted on isolated database instances. In case of a critical database breach scenario, we trigger notification alerts to impacted operators within 72 hours under strict GDPR breach guidelines.
