By accessing or executing functions on aiimagedetect.pro ("Service"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not consent to these mandatory protocols, please cease using our platform immediately. These parameters apply equally to casual visitors, free trial evaluators, and paid subscribers.

Description of Service

Our interface offers high-performance algorithmic forensic utilities, including but not limited to:

• AI vs Real image probability tracking diagnostics.
• Pixel compression consistency maps and data scraping layers.
• Metadata parsing matrices and signature classification alerts.
• Developer API access keys for continuous network ingestion loops.

Account Registration

• Age Minimums: You must be at least 18 years old to access free trial registration loops.
• Data Authenticity: Submitted verification information must be completely accurate.
• Credential Control: You are solely responsible for protecting security keys, passwords, and tokens.
• Account Limits: Free trial parameters are locked strictly to one operational record per individual identity. Multiple concurrent free accounts are strictly prohibited.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to operate within normal testing behaviors for legitimate personal evaluations or enterprise pipeline tasks. You may NOT exploit scanning fields to run reverse engineering attacks on our algorithmic metrics, execute automated scrape loops outside API parameters, or bypass the integrated 3-image daily limit thresholds.

We enforce zero-tolerance thresholds against uploading images containing:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Immediately intercepted and escalated to judicial enforcement bodies.
• Non-consensual intimate or explicit adult forensic imagery.
• Visual content promoting extremist violence, terrorism, or illegal activities.
• Copyrighted artwork uploaded deliberately to scam or defraud trading rings.

Subscription & Payments

Premium plan packages are configured on cyclical billing timelines. All rates are processed in USD variables. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your configuration settings prior to the target billing date. We issue operational refund loops within 7 days of initial registration for fresh subscriber records only.

API Usage Guidelines

Provided authorization tokens must remain strictly confidential. Publicizing keys in open-source scripts (e.g., public GitHub nodes) is a violation of these terms. Spammed inputs that degrade performance may trigger immediate throttling or temporary IP access locks.

Intellectual Property

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" FOOTING WITHOUT CONCRETE WARRANTIES OF ANY SCALE. We do not promise that predictive accuracy margins will hit 100% precision metrics across all scenarios, or that structural servers will stay uninterrupted during massive denial spikes. Forensic insights should be treated as diagnostic aids rather than legal proof.

Limitation of Liability

To the highest extent permissible under regional law, our liability thresholds shall not exceed the cumulative amount actually paid by you to our platform within the trailing 12-month window preceding the primary claim record.

Service Termination

We retain complete administrative rights to freeze your trial modules or disconnect subscriber verification sessions instantly without liability if a deliberate violation of these terms is detected. Users can cancel their active modules at any point by accessing their dashboard settings.
